All prices are in U.S. Dollars and include all local taxes. Rates are based on two person occupancy with $20.00 per extra person per night.
Rent the entire villa for $600.00 per night during summer months based on double occupany per accommodation. Refundable damage deposit required with rental of complex.
To assure reservations, a 50% deposit is required within 10 days of confirmation of reservations. Balance due upon arrival. Monies are refundable if property is re-rented minus 10%. Sorry, but we are unable to accept credit cards.
